Who could resist playing an intuitive pet game? Our pets intuitively sense our thoughts, feelings, emotions and energies on a daily basis – they even know when we’re feeling stressed out or avoid something! (Interestingly enough, this makes animal communication easy too!) They already sense our emotional state!
As I had some free time at home, I thought it would be nice to make use of our pet’s abilities – and have some fun!
Here are a couple ways of playing the intuitive pet game:
Step One of Intuitive Pet Game Excitement Version (Step Two is optional) : (1) Enter a room containing just you and your animal companion (dog, cat, horse, bunny…) Two: While sitting with them, start thinking of something that truly excites and joys you! (Would your thoughts make someone else excited too?) Ideally something simple such as:
3: As soon as you feel pleased or excited (make sure that you fully experience it), don’t change anything in how you respond. Simply FEEL this emotion fully and notice any reaction in your pet (does he/she come closer, want to play or get excited or turn over and go to sleep?).
1. Sit in a room with your pet.
2. Begin relaxing yourself through deep breathing or any form of energy management – really feeling your emotions quieten down until they have returned to a calm state.
Now, given all our time spent at home, many of us may unknowingly have been playing this anxiety/worry game unknowingly. Let’s change that up now by engaging in positive versions and share our discoveries here!
