Today we will explore my psychic method for helping separation anxiety in dogs. Hi, my name is Danielle MacKinnon and I’m an animal communicator – that means pet psychic. For over 20 years I’ve been helping people understand their animals using all the knowledge I’ve acquired through thousands of readings that I’ve conducted with animals.
So the tool that you will use will benefit both yourself and your pup’s separation anxiety. Please stick around until the end so I can explain exactly why this tool works; without understanding its function you won’t get anywhere with the tool; all your efforts may go wasted, as your separation anxiety will simply remain unchanged – leaving you saying: “That doesn’t work, Danielle” without ever coming back again. So please stay until after I introduce and demonstrate the tool so I can explain that to you.
As we know how to take care of ourselves, exercising and eating well are all part of taking good care. Although these practices may or may not be performed, one area often ignored by us humans when considering emotional and energetic wellbeing is emotional health and energetic wellbeing; two issues which interlink and that’s exactly what today will focus on.
Step 1 of Reduce Dog Anxiety
To start this tool, we are going to close our eyes and take some deep breaths through both nostrils; inhale through your nose and exhale through either mouth if that feels comfortable to you; repeat. Step 2: Establish the Foundation Its For our second step of decreasing canine anxiety, let’s close our eyes and take several deep breaths through each nostril and mouth (inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth is OK too), inhaling through one nostril then inhaling through nose then exhaling out of mouth again (inhale through nose then inhale through nose exhaling through both channels if desired) until inhaling through nose then out through mouth (inhaling through nose then inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth is comfortable for you then start this method by repeating step two by taking three deep breaths – inhale through nose then exhale through nose then exhaling through mouth; then inhale through nose then exhaling through nose then exhaling through both channels before repeating this step four more times until comfort is achieved). Step 6 : Establish Foundation To Lower Dog Anxiety Before getting started we need to create an environment conducive for this tool we must close our eyes then exhaling through nose then exhaling again until finally we exhale through mouth. Step 7.
Imagine, with eyes closed, that your body is where it should be and that a beautiful column of light surrounds you – white light with gold and silver glittery sparkles is all around and shimmering; imagine this column like it’s this big cylinder surrounding your body.
As you contemplate that imaginary cylinder, take note of how you imagine its components; its pieces and particles; these things that make up its column of light… Are they small, spread out or compact? Notice their movements: I really want you to observe all these particles moving in unison versus some being random movements here or there… This column could almost have some chaotic lights within it!
As we work to establish your foundation, we need this column of light to organize itself and begin shifting your energy within. So with eyes still closed, imagine inhaling and exhaling deeply while visualizing making this column of light become thick and dense around you with as far reach as 10-20 yards out all around you.
Now inhale and exhale as you expand it even further. Perhaps 30-40 yards out and all around. Feels expansive? Okay.
Now what you want to do is inhale, then exhale bringing in just a bit of air at a time until it surrounds you and is about elbow’s width away from you – imagine running energy up and down it; once this energy starts flowing freely around you. I know, I know – that may sound crazy but just keep doing this exercise!
Be mindful of where particles are in your imagination. Notice whether there’s more rhythm, more organization to this column of light and how you’re sitting; many who practice this exercise find their neck becomes longer, their posture straightens out more and they feel stronger within themselves – this column of light makes you centered, strong and grounded in your body!
Now, it’s time for step two of your plan.
Step Two: Working With Dog Anxiety and Energy
The second step involves working with your dog anxiety so you can leave the house. In order to do this successfully, it’s essential that you remain grounded, strong, and energetic within yourself to leave without negatively affecting their separation anxiety. So maintain this feeling, if necessary do the column exercise again first before returning back here; don’t just keep doing this step thinking “it’s fine;” make an effort in it all for real!
To help your dog with separation anxiety, the first step should be talking to him or her directly and telling them you’re leaving in 20 minutes – then being sure that happens! Once in this strong place of sharing energy with Fido and being relaxed about leaving him behind – slowly leave. Don’t rush it. Do it slowly. You should leave just like any other adult would!
After several repetitions of this practice, you’ll notice that your dog responds differently when leaving the house because now he or she knows you are leaving in a strong and safe manner.
Why This Psychic Tool Helps Separation Anxiety in Dogs
At the outset of this article, I mentioned it is important to pay close attention until the very end, so that I may explain how this works to help alleviate separation anxiety in your pup. Here’s how it works:
As humans experience worry, anxiety, distraction or concern (as when leaving the house quickly), our dogs intuitively see, feel and comprehend this state. For instance, when leaving my house feeling nervous and upset with separation anxiety present in me, my dog will see my anxiety through its eyes and may perceive this situation as worsening their own insecurity and instability. In turn, my anxiety creates more insecurity in them both!
Strength exercises help me feel energetically strong and secure. My dog senses this power when she connects with it; now she thinks: ‘Oh look at Danielle now; that’s secure! She is leaving in an aura of support, strength, and power that gives me comfort; I feel I can trust her now.”
So this is what you will do, then. Please come back and tell me how it goes!
